Hole Saw Holder Generator

About Hole Saw Holder Generator

Hole Saw Holder Generator stores hole saws by size, each cup-down over a post a little smaller than the saw, with hex sockets for the arbors and round ones for spare pilot drills, every place labelled. Type your saws in millimetres or inches, 14 to 210 mm; the posts are hollow, so a big set prints in little filament, and the sockets take your printer's measured fit. It stands free (in tiles cut between saws when larger than your bed), fills your case as an insert, or sits in a Gridfinity grid.

Frequently asked questions

How big is each post?
The saw's size less 4 mm by default, which clears the teeth and the cup's wall; or type each saw's measured inside, and the post is that less your sliding fit on each side. Posts are tubes, not solid, so a large set uses little filament.
My set is bigger than my printer's bed. What then?
A free-standing holder comes in tiles cut between saws, each the size of your bed, that stand side by side. A case insert or a Gridfinity bin must fit the bed.
Which arbor size do I pick?
The width across the flats of its hex shank: 11/32 inch is the most common. Makers do not agree on what a 3/8 inch hex measures, so measure yours.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Hole Saw Holder Generator runs in the browser, and the geometry is built on your computer. It is free; you need a free NabiMakes account to download the files.
