These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of nabimakes.com, including its articles, downloads, member accounts and the NabiMakes Tools (together, the “Service”). NabiMakes is run by Nabi (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Accounts
- You create an account and sign in with your Google or GitHub account. Your account is created the first time you sign in.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google or GitHub account secure.
- Your account is personal. Do not share it or create accounts for automated use.

Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights,
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or our systems,
- disrupt or overload the Service, for example with automated scraping or mass requests,
- upload malware or content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes someone else’s rights, or
- resell or redistribute the Tools or members-only content as your own service.
NabiMakes Tools
The Tools are provided free of charge to signed-in members. We may add, change, limit or remove tools at any time. You keep all rights to anything you enter into a tool and to what you create with it. Check every result before you rely on it, especially measurements and parts you plan to build or print.
Content and downloads
Unless stated otherwise, the articles, photos, videos, designs and other content on NabiMakes belong to us. You may read, share links to and use them for your own personal, non-commercial projects. If a download comes with its own license, that license applies to the download instead. Do not republish our content or sell it without our written permission.
Affiliate links
Some links to shops are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are between you and the shop, and the shop’s own terms apply.
Build at your own risk
NabiMakes shares builds involving tools, electronics, heat, chemicals and machinery. Our guides and files are for information and inspiration. They are not professional instructions. Before you build anything, follow the manufacturers’ safety instructions, use suitable protective equipment, and work within your own skills. You are responsible for your own safety and for anything you build.

The Service, including the Tools, content and downloads, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing nabimakes.com@gmail.com. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. We may also discontinue the Service, or parts of it, at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
